The place was perfect, with its kind staff from the obnoxious receptionist. The food was brilliant and served in the restaurant. The location close to everything was marvellous for us...

Thoroughly enjoyable overall experience. Lovely building and rooms with a big bathroom. Location so close to all the great tapas restaurants and bars, and old town, San Sebastian. Nearby Bar Nestor - great place to chill out.

Nice and clean rooms
Very nice hotel but don't make the mistake to take a room on the street side: partying people in the street keep you up all night.

What a charming small hotel with efficient staff from the obnoxious receptionist! Good bed in the double room, plus an individual safe, an air conditioning, and an electronic key card. Magnificent and particularly good location just a pleasant stroll away from a Revival cathedral.

I appreciated this charming small hotel after staying for 4 nights. the staff were amazing, friendly, and efficient the whole time of my stay. Very central location right by Parte Vieja, beautiful San Sebastián, and the old town surrounded by hundreds of Pintxos bars, it was in a very lively area. San Sebastian's Old Town district was worth exploring. Everything was excellent, no complaints at all, I do recommend it. Rewritten Review: I really enjoyed my 4, night stay at this lovely boutique hotel. the staff were fantastic, always so friendly and efficient throughout my visit. the hotel is in a prime location, just by Parte Vieja in beautiful San Sebastián, surrounded by numerous Pintxos bars , a lively area indeed. Exploring San Sebastian's Old Town district was a highlight. Overall, everything was top, notch, and I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people I have encountered in any hotel or hostel I have stayed in while on any trip to Europe. I loved almost everything about the room except for what is noted below.
The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the lack of any window that opened to the outside. The only windows in either of the two rooms I saw opened to a space between the hotel building and a neighboring building. As a result, it was not possible to even know what the weather was like outside and led to a feeling of isolation. The location is in the heart of the old town, so if you are only expecting to spend your time in the room to sleep, then it is a great place to stay. But, if you do plan on spending time in your room, then it is lacking. I had to spend up to 8 hours per day working in my room and felt very isolated.

Staff extremely friendly and room clean, albeit a little small.
We were asked to move to another room after checking in and unpacking, "a mistake" we were told and moved into a smaller room, no reason why, although we didn't make a fuss. The shower cubicle very small indeed. Hotel ok for short stay only.
